This is our regular weekly run schedule. We run rain, shine, ice, or snow, so don’t be afraid to get out there! If a run needs to be canceled for any reason, it will be announced on the blog and/or the Google Group.

Distance: 3-5 miles (or more, for those of you training for marathons, etc.)
Pace: 8:30-9:30/mi
