This is our regular weekly run schedule. We run rain, shine, ice, or snow, so don’t be afraid to get out there! If a run needs to be cancelled for any reason, it will be announced on the blog and/or the Google Group.

Distance: 4-7 miles (or more, for those of you training for marathons, etc.)
Pace: 8:30-9:30/mi

Distance: 4-6 miles (includes warm-up/cool-down)

Wednesday – Beginners’ Run
Time: 7:30pm
Distance: 2-3 miles
