This is our regular weekly run schedule. We run rain, shine, ice, heat wave, or snow, so don’t be afraid to get out there! If a run needs to be canceled for any reason, it will be announced on the Google Group.

Monday – Morning-After Run in Prospect Park
Time: 6:15am Sharp!
Distance: 3-6 miles (a loop (or two!) of Prospect Park.)
Pace: OPEN
Effort: Comfortable to Moderately Hard

Monday – Advanced Beginner’s Run
Time: 7:00pm
Distance: 3-5 miles
Pace: 9:00 – 11:00/mi
Effort: Comfortable

Monday – Night Owl’s Run
Time: 9:10pm
Distance: 9-10 miles
Pace: 7:30/mi and faster (not recommended for beginners)

Tuesday – Tempo Road Run
Time: 6:30am
Distance: 5-7 miles (or more, for those training for marathons, etc.)
