This is our regular weekly run schedule. We run rain, shine, ice, or snow, so don’t be afraid to get out there! If a run needs to be canceled for any reason, it will be announced on the blog and/or the Google Group.

Monday – Advanced Beginner’s Run
Time: 7:00pm
Distance: 3-5 miles (or more, for those of you training for marathons, etc.)
Pace: 8:30-9:30/mi
Effort: Comfortable

Time: 9:10pm
Distance: 9-10 miles (or just run the bridge once with us, etc.)
Pace: 7:30+ /mi
Effort: Hard

Tuesday – Tempo Road Run
Time: 6:30am
Distance: 5-7 miles (or more, for those of you training for marathons, etc.)
