About this run: A very social & moderatly paced run open to anyone who wants to train at a 9:00 – 10:00 minute per mile pace. We run anywhere from 3 – 4.5 miles and the routes change weekly. This run is hald RAIN OR SHINE and is great for anyone who wants to see what NBR is all about.
Workout for Monday May 21, 2012:
7:00pm Group Easy Run: It’s raining, it’s pouring, but we’re still gonna run. Today we’ll run down Kent Ave to the BQE and back for a total of 4.6 miles (which can be shortened to 3.3 by turning around at Division Ave). As always, we’ll break up into 2 different speed groups if needed, one running 9ish min miles and one running closer to 10 minute miles. Hope to see you there tonight. BAM.
