Wednesday Road Run

Wednesday night runs are suitable for runners of all experience levels and paces. Come and enjoy the night air and the scenery of the neighborhood!

Wednesday – Recovery Road Run
Time: 7:30pm
Distance: 4-6 miles
Pace: 7:30-9:30/mi
Effort: Comfortable to Moderate
Led by: Angela K., John S., and Evan S.
Meet: Northside of McCarren Park Track

All running paces are welcome, so come on out! We will separate into 3 groups depending on pace. Fast, medium, not so fast.  After the run, we will meet up at the north side of the McCarren Park track, where we will do stretching and a simple core workout.
