Timers for Speedwork
We could use someone who wants to be our “coach” for a night. You don’t actually have to be a coach, but if you have enthusiasm and maybe a stopwatch, we’d love to have your support on Thursday nights! Do not have to make a weekly committment. Great if you’re recovering, on the injured list, or just want to hang out! It’s fun! It’s easy!
Urgency: Now and Ongoing
How: Just show up on Thursdays at 7:30pm at the track!

Have a printer? Like hanging up fliers? Even if you just want to use your office laser printer and hang up a few signs at your local coffee shop or corner lamppost, we’d love to continue to spread the word! Here’s the most recent PDF of our flier. If you’re interested in helping get the word out in other ways, e-mail us.
Urgency: ALWAYS!
