Each week we focus on a single aspect of running form. The run is meant to help us better understand and appreciate our individual running bio-mechanics. We try to include multiple perspectives without emphasizing any one method. We try out the form focus and then chat about, what’s working to solidify things in our brains (and discuss where the nearest bar is). This run is welcome to everyone and we plan on having a few pace groups.
