A very social & moderately paced run open to anyone who wants to run at an 8:00 – 10:00 minute per mile pace. If you’ve never run with NBR before and want to see what the group is all about, then come check out the Monday run!
We aim to encourage togetherness despite the pace ranges, and often stop at midway points to regroup. Runs range from 3 – 4.5 miles and the routes change weekly. Routes are posted the day of the run on the NBR Google Group. If you don’t have access, no worries – just show up and stick with the team! After the run we regroup at the track for a short core workout and announcements.
Neither snow nor rain nor yappy dogs shall keep us from our appointed routes… the run is held RAIN OR SHINE!
