NBR is a free club offering almost 20 runs each week. Most meet at the McCarren Park track in Williamsburg; some meet in Prospect Park.

Our weekly training schedule is designed to help you train for your goal races throughout the year. The flow of easy runs, track workouts, tempo runs, and long runs mimics the way that most training plans work. Most days have one type of run, and the morning and night runs tend to mirror each other.
