Training with NBR
NBR is a free club. We offer over 20 runs a week, most meeting at McCarren Park in Williamsburg and several meeting in Prospect Park.
NBR's weekly training schedule is set up to help you train for our goal races throughout the year. The flow and order of the runs throughout the week mimic the way that most training plans work. Most days have one type of run, and the morning and night runs tend to mirror each other.
