First of all, Thank You for placing an order with NBR!. Gear sales are our main source of income.

Once we receive your order our gear masters will start packing it.

  • Shipping Option: You are all set we will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped you will get an email with a tracking number.

  • Track Pickup: When your order is ready for pickup you will get an email with a link to select a pick-up place/time. See below for more details


Ready

The email will contain your info and your ordered items. Please make sure it’s all correct if not email us. Do not reply to the confirmation that is an automated system.

  • Click “Schedule Pickup”



Schedule

The schedule link will take you to our new scheduling app.

  1. Click the drop down to select the time/location

  2. click to see track pickup location

  3. Add a few notes to let us know you care

  4. Click the “Schedule Pickup”

    you will get a confirmation dialog box

  5. Click Exit

You will get an email confirming your selection with a link to Reschedule if needed.

If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Use the same link from any of the automated email:

  • Reschedule: Select new selection click “Schedule Pickup”

  • Cancel: Click “Cancel Pickup”

Pickup Policy Reminder

We offer free pickups at most of the Thur night track workouts. A list of pickups will be available on the app.

  • If you don’t think you can make it please opt for Flat rate shipping during checkout.

  • If you already checked out please email us and we will send you a new link to buy shipping

Items that are not picked up in 60 days from your “Ready” email go back into inventory and will be considered a donation. 

we will do our best to send out reminders.
