Meeting Spot: GAP each week (though there may be occasional forays to CP)

A workout aimed at running faster, longer intervals, using the terrain of the park to help us prepare for race conditions. These workouts are targeted to prepare for Clubs Point Races and can range from long intervals to fartleks to progression runs. Newer runners are welcome, but should be prepared for a hard workout at an aggressive paces. Please check the Local Competitive requirements to see if you qualify.
