A social, easy run open to anyone. If you’ve never run with NBR before and want to see what the group is all about, come check out the Monday Night Easy Run! We aim to encourage togetherness despite the pace groups, and often stop at midway points to regroup. Routes change weekly, and are posted the day before the run on the NBR Google Group. After the run we regroup at the track for a short core workout and announcements. Neither snow nor rain nor yappy dogs shall keep us from our appointed routes—the run is held RAIN OR SHINE!
