A workout aimed at running faster longer intervals in the park, using the terrain of the park to help us prepare for race conditions. These workouts are targeted to prepare for Clubs Point Races and can range from long intervals to fartleks to progression runs. Newer runners are welcome, but should be prepared a hard workout and an aggressive paces
