Wednesday Night Road Run

Distance: 4 to 6 miles

Pace: 7:30 to 10:30 minutes per mile

Effort: Comfortable to Moderate

Meeting Spot: Tom Stofka Garden (formerly known as “The Bins”)

Led by: Bryce, Chris, Joelle, Kevin, Mark, Megan, Miki, Molly, Winn

All running paces are welcome. We separate into at least three pace groups: fast, medium, not so fast.  After the run, we meet up at the north side of the McCarren Park track. We will do stretching and a simple core workout followed by any NBR announcements.
